Ryan Jarvis Photography

Hello.  Welcome to my website for Ryan Jarvis Photography.  My name is Ryan Jarvis and I have loved photography for many years.  I started working towards turning professional in 2008 and as I type this (August 2010) I have now shot over 20 weddings on a professional basis.

At the start of 2009 I completed my qualification in the Diploma for Professional Photographers.  Although I'm now qualified, I believe it's vital to continue to develop as a photographer and to stay abreast of current trends and ideas.  I also believe that every photographer should develop their own style and bring their own unique creativity to every wedding they shoot.

I have had my work published in local papers and recently saw my work published in a local charity calendar entitled "Calendar Boys."  In 2008 I was a finalist in the local Cambridge Water Photography competition. Being a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Professionals (SWPP) also ensures I keep my skills fine tuned and fresh.

I always consider it an honour to be invited to shoot a couples' wedding and believe in doing whatever it takes to ensure that the pictures I produce are just what is expected.
