On Friday 24th August I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Sheree & Lee at The Old Hall near Ely.
Another great day at The Old Hall, this time with the lovely Sheree & Lee. My only worry going into the day was the the weather, it was very windy and there was the threat of rain. Thankfully the rain stayed away long enough for the newlyweds to enjoy the outdoor ceremony they’d been wishing for. For me it was nice to stay dry but the wind was playing havoc, having no mercy for hair-styles, dresses and veils. At one point I found myself wrapped up in Sheree’s veil, but my second photographer (Nikki) heard my screams for help and came to my rescue.
A “Game of Thrones” theme ran throughout the marquee where the wedding breakfast and reception took place. The decor looked amazing and there was plenty of cool details to point a camera at. Bridesmaid Lucy had done a great job with all the graphic designing.
Wishing Sheree & Lee all the very best for the future as husband and wife. I hope you’ll enjoy this selection of pictures which will help tell the story of a lovely, relaxed and fun wedding….
