On Saturday 25th November 2023 I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Cathy & Jonathan at Hengrave Hall near Bury St Edmunds.
It was seven years ago when I last photographed a wedding at Hengrave Hall. It’s a beautiful venue and I was looking forward to going back. Especially to photograph the wedding of such a lovely couple.
Like many brides, Cathy had thought of everything. From all the little details to the fantastic singing waiters and the most quirky of quirky vicars, the day was full of great moments and special memories. It was a cold day but considering the rainy ones I’d photographed in the preceding weeks I was delighted to see the sun shine and for us to be able to get outside for photos.
Cathy and Jonathan were great fun and they were joined by a fabulous bunch of family and friends. It was a real treat to shoot their wedding and play a part in another very special day.
