On Friday 12th April I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Beth & Martin at Stoke Rochford Hall.
Beth, Martin and the children (Evie, Dylan & Dexter) are a lovely family and I was delighted when they asked me to photograph their big day. And Stoke Rochford is a fabulous setting for such a special occasion. It’s a venue I’ve been to many times over the years and I always look forward to working there.
The whole day was really relaxed with a great bunch of family and friends. It gave me plenty of opportunities to capture the day in a candid, natural style. After the wedding breakfast and speeches I took the Beth and Martin down to the lake for some pictures. It was at this point that the whole relaxed feel of the day vanished (only for me, everyone else was fine), as one particularly protective mother sheep gave me evils while I was taking pictures. I was certain she was going to get me! Thankfully we survived and got back to the hall safe and sound in time for the first dance.
